capsquare
capsquare is a joint initiative by Fluxys and GRTgaz and offers a web-based platform to buy or sell on the secondary market natural gas transmission capacity in the networks of Fluxys (Belgium) and/or GRTgaz (France). In addition, Fluxys, GRTgaz and Open Grid Europe offer primary Bundled Capacity Products via capsquare.
- Fluxys is a public limited company incorporated under Belgian law with registered office at Brussels B-1040, Avenue des Arts 31, VAT BE 402.954.628, RPM Brussels.
- GRTgaz is a limited company incorporated under French law with registered office at RCS Paris 440 117 620, 2, rue Curnonsky 75017 Paris.
- Open Grid Europe GmbH is a company incorporated under the laws of Germany with registered office at Kallenbergstraße 5, D-45141 Essen, registered at the Registry Court Essen under number HRB 17487.
